1. I don't have a partner 2. I don't have kids 3. I don't watch TV 4. I have a book of lists 5. I schedule my time from 6:30am to 9pm. Every day. Except for the (very rare) day when I stay in bed all day and even that's scheduled: "6:30am - 9pm - stay in bed and catch up on reading"
