But every time it looked like publication was imminent, the dates shifted. Now, finally, it's available to buy.

B/Dep has it on pre-order (60 days) at $60AUS paperback. Goodness knows how much a hardback copy would set one back. But isn't it so tempting?

Oh my goodness! I, too, wondered if it would ever be produced. Hmm...will it make it to America?? Who knows. Ugh, i do want a copy.
