I thought I'd share a piccy from Northside SnB's new home. Yes, I'm still without a project of my own so Taph is reduced to carting round extra Time Thief Watch Caps for me to work on when I'm in her prescence. This is the same Anny Blatt wool as the last one I knitted and we expect it will be finished tonight where we (finally) go to see Joe Strummer: The Future is Unwritten on Tight Arse Tuesday tickets.

ReplyDeleteNot officially. Officially it's Dickson Quality Hotel. You can tell this because you don't have to sign in to go there. But it's owned by the Tradies and is in the same building - so if it looks like Tradies and tastes like Tradies....
Thought so. I remember going there once with workmates, and sitting in the tram while tucking into a schnitzel that resembled a small crumbed surfboard.

Ah, but they've done major plastic surgery and bought the place kicking and screaming into the 1990s (at least). You wouldn't recognise the place (but alas you may recognise the crumbed surfboards - dunno - I don't eat there, just knit!)
