Perhaps foot enhancement surgery (collagen implants?) for bigger feet?
Of course it would probably be cheaper to fly somewhere they did have them in your size.

Those shoes were cool.. I agree, wear thick socks. I usually buy sizes too big if I like the shoe that much.
