So, feeling very Yves St Laurent circa the 60s (but the thrifted version) I trotted off to drink bubbles, eat gorgeous colour coordinated desserts and beautifully branded biscuits and spend this week's grocery budget on a fabulous yardage design tea towel to add to my collection:

Alas I had to be strong and not eat the snack until breakfast time this morning because I had to wait for the light to photograph it :-(
I was tempted to go back to the shop today to sample the desserts i didn't have last night but the siren call of the first day of the Lifeline Bookfair was far louder this morning...

Yes, your outfit was faaabulous - love the shirt and the tails... there's just not enough of that around here! and all thrifted - you are too amazing! I also succumbed and bought the teatowel - I think Yardage Girl had better get busy and send us some more of those!!! xxx
