oooh Gundowing ice cream!!! i bought some rhubarb two weeks ago from their stall at the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival! i love it... although... i think i much prefer the blast of warm rhubarb with some vanilla ice cream.
I was hoping for rhubarb and mandarin after my last experience but they didn't have either: only licorice, strawberry, coffee, ginger and coconut...
